Pastoral Care Contacts

We have Lay Eucharistic Visitors, Lay Pastoral Visitors, Prayer Shawl/Lap Robe Knitters, Prayer Warriors, New Moms Ministers, Emergency Meal Providers, Drivers, and have most recently added a Parish Nurse Ministry and an Aging/Ongoing Care Resource Ministry. But guess what? We can’t swing into action unless we know about your need. And please be assured that the details of your situation can remain private if that is your wish. For instance, if you request prayers or are in the midst of a medical situation or personal crisis, sharing the details are up to you. The Pastoral Care Ministers just want to give you their support by helping to shoulder your burden with rides, meals, prayer, shawl/lap robe or presence. These are the lay ministers’ gifts to you and accepting them is your gift to the lay ministers. If you feel you want to respond to the gift, you can always pass it forward to someone else after your crisis has passed.

During office hours, you can always contact the Rector or Associate Rector, or Hope Brans at the Parish Office (566-0276) or one of the ministry leaders after office hours or on the weekends. You'll find indiviudals' phone numbers and emails in the Parish Directory, available from the Parish Office.
