Foyer Dinner Groups

Foyer Groups have a long tradition at Hickory Neck.  The concept is simple:  groups of 6-8 individuals and couples are formed to gather in homes for food and fellowship – no agenda, no business – just getting to know people you may not have already met and getting to know others on a deeper level.  We are so excited to bring back these dinners and invite you to sign up now!

Here’s how it will work.  You will be given the opportunity to sign up for a Foyer group this fall.  The coordinator will assign you to a group to encourage new and deeper relationships.  The group members will take turns meeting in homes of those in the group.  The “host” for that month will select the main course, which they will provide.  Each group member will sign up to bring some type of side dish and/or dessert.

Signing up is easy!  You can either sign up to participate via Realm (just click HERE) or the ‘old fashioned’ way with paper sign ups at both the 8am and 10am services. Sign up will take place from August 31 through September 14. Once we have our participants, groups will be formed, and you will be notified about your group. As a group, you decide the date on which to host your first Foyer Group gathering, and other dates going forward.
